Veggo for a week

Exactly what the title says. I'm going to attempt to be a vegetarian for a week. I barely eat red meat but chicken and fish is going be a bit harder.

I'm cooking broccoli, carrots, snow peas, mushrooms and tofu to bring for work for dinner tonight. Have no time to make lunch so probs going to get a boost and some pastry.

Going to buy eggplant tmr! Got some butternut pumpkin too. Never cooked with either. Going to be interesting!

  2. I think I can not go veggo. I'm very weak willed and love fried chicken and grilled salmon too much.

  3. Please keep us updated on how you go. I do try and be more of a veggo at times but because I generally run low on iron it just makes me feel sick. Plus the iron tablets are the worst tasting things in the world!
